Mass extinction may come by 2100

In the past 540 million years, there gave been five wipeouts on Earth. Now, scientists predict that in the year 2100, it'll happen again. Geophysicist Daniel Rothman links global warming to a mathematical formula that claimed the ocean will hold so much carbon it will cause a mass extinction. "If left unchecked — the carbon cycle would move into a realm which would be no longer stable and would behave in a way that would be difficult to predict." We've emitted over 1,540 billion tons of carbon dioxide since the Industrial Revolution, and now our grandchildren may witness the destruction of humanity because of it.
